An important aspect of our activity is the printing and converting of plastic films for both shrink wrapping and bagging.

In today’s world the look of a product is always important. This puts the pressure on us to make constant improvements in our films both in terms of their composition and their properties as well as the quality of the printing. We at BELCA have always strived to meet the demands of the current market and anticipate those of the future one as well.

In this section on PRINTING and CONVERTING of films, we have printing machines of up to six different suitably adapted inks to ensure maximum quality and durability without affecting the properties of the films.

Our film printing installations enable us to work with any flexible film format, with both shrink polyolefin film and polyethylene or polypropylene for bagging. The printing process is supervised and carried out entirely in our premises by personnel with ample experience in the field.

The internal control of all the printing processes allows us to ensure the highest possible quality in any format and also reduce delivery time to a minimum and accept smaller minimum quantities to be printed.

As well as printing film, we also have an entire series of auxiliary units that enable us to fold and unfold film and cut both the printed and non printed materials to meet the individual needs of our customers.
